Susmita Chanda

Ms. Susmita Chanda is an environmental professional and Programme Coordinator for SASEANEE Connect at the Centre for Environment Education (CEE). She plays a central role in designing and implementing regional engagement initiatives that connect youth, educators, practitioners, and environmental leaders across South and Southeast Asia.

Through SASEANEE Connect, she coordinates dialogues, learning exchanges, leadership programmes, and collaborative activities that promote environmental awareness, climate action, conservation, and sustainable lifestyles. Passionate about youth engagement and community-led sustainability initiatives, she works to create inclusive platforms that empower emerging leaders to contribute meaningfully towards a more sustainable future.
